By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.

Product Information
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours and styles may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. If you have any questions about a product, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

We endeavour to have availability updated correctly, however at times due to items being sold also in store there may be discrepancies which we will contact you about.

Ordering and Payment
Placing an order is easy! Simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details.

Shipping

We offer nationwide delivery across New Zealand, including rural addresses. If you're outside New Zealand, please get in touch before ordering to arrange international shipping options.

All items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, using your chosen shipping option. If there’s an error with the address supplied, we may get in touch to confirm details or arrange any additional charges before dispatch.

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders will be sent within 2–3 working days for in-stock items. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your package’s journey.

Fragile & Oversized Orders
We carefully package all orders, including fragile items. In rare cases where an order contains multiple fragile or oversized products, additional shipping may apply. If this happens, we'll contact you before sending your order.

Please note: Rural addresses incur an additional delivery fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct rural delivery option at checkout. If rural delivery has not been selected for an applicable address, we will contact you to arrange the extra payment before your order is sent. This may delay the processing of your order.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer you to contact us at hello@willowgifts.co.nz with your request for return and proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

Returns: If you’d like to return an item, please ensure it’s in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. For change of mind returns we offer an exchange or an instore credit for the value of the product (excluding shipping charges).

Just contact our team at hello@willowgifts.co.nz to initiate the return request with a copy of the Receipt of your Purchase. Please don’t send any returns until you have received an approval of return email from us.

Exchanges: Want to exchange for a different size? Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the simple exchange process. In the event that we are unable to provide the size required we will gladly give you an instore credit in exchange for the item returned.

Our return policy excludes food, makeup, earrings, skincare, personal care items, furniture, custom orders and all items on sale.

Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Standard practice will be a store credit issued for returned items. In the event that an item is faulty, and we are unable to replace, we will process a refund promptly.

All returns are at the discretion of Willow Gifts & Lifestyle Boutique.
