Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer you to contact us at lilipadboutique@gmail.com with your request for return and proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

Returns: If you’d like to return an item, please ensure it’s in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. For change of mind returns we offer an exchange or an instore credit for the value of the product (excluding shipping charges).

Just contact our team at lilipadboutique@gmail.com to initiate the return request with a copy of the Receipt of your Purchase. Please don’t send any returns until you have received an approval of return email from us.

Exchanges: Want to exchange for a different size? Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the simple exchange process. In the event that we are unable to provide the size required we will gladly give you an instore credit in exchange for the item returned.

Our return policy excludes food, makeup, earrings, skincare, personal care items, furniture, custom orders and all items on sale.

Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Standard practice will be a store credit issued for returned items. In the event that an item is faulty, and we are unable to replace, we will process a refund promptly.
